“The sales rep came out to my house to see the job and explain the products. He was very knowledgeable describing the various products advantages and disadvantages. I decided on the top of the line solid insulated patio cover with two skylights. The aluminum was heavy gauge and embossed to look like wood. Installation included sealing the new cover to the existing fascia and a rain gutter system to handle runoff.
Next, Rick came out the next day to confirm the exact measurements and colors choices. Then we had about a four week lead time to get the patio cover manufactured and send to CM Patio Covers. They scheduled the installation, and arrived right on time with all of the material.
They removed the old patio lattice cover, replaced some bad fascia wood, and installed the new patio cover all in one day. They were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to create a beautiful new patio cover for me.
The CM Patio Covers team is a winner and I would definitely recommend them!”

“I had CM Patio Covers put in a sun room, first I went to the del mar home show, saw their model, and MANY OTHERS, set up a appointment with CM they came out showed me what they had and gave me choices, I got a very reasonable price and they delivered, a nice sun room, not once did he try to play games with me on price or quality, I wanted a few changes here and there, which they gladly did with no extra charges.
My suggestion is go to a home show, so you can have a better Idea of their product…………..the owners name is Rick and I give this company 5 stars.”

“We had just moved and we decided we wanted a patio room. We wanted one just like the room we had at our previous house. We called the contractor that had built our patio but we weren’t happy about the bid. We decided to get a second bid, so we called CM Patio Covers. They had an ad in the Union-Tribune. CM Patio Covers offered us the same size patio but he included all the cement work, a side patio with the slab and cover, low E , dual pane windows, double the insulation thickness in the walls and roof.
He also fixed some broken eave boards for no extra cost. CM Patio Covers always called us right back if we had any questions or concerns. We have been enjoying our patio room for a year now with no problems. We highly recommend CM Patio Covers.”

“I had en existing California room and a lattice patio that covered the back of my house. I had CM Patio Covers come out give me an estimate to demo the existing patio covers and reinstall a new patio cover that would be uniform across the entire back side of my house. The finished produce exceeded my expectations. They did a great job and I get compliments on the over all design.
I went mail box found the local Home concepts magazine and saw the CM Patio Covers add for patio covers. I called to get an estimate they had a guy out the next day. He was honest and said that the material could take as long as three weeks to come in. Two weeks later I got a call and my the patio components were in and that wanted to set a day to do the install. The install took 2 full days with 3 guys. The winery was there both days checking up on the progress and double checking the work quality. Went great no complaints.”

CM Patio Covers and crew did an excellent job with my project. During the initial meeting, Rick explained what needed to be done and helped with certain design features. We went with the higher quality materials and fixtures to fit the character of our house and neighborhood. He and his team always arrived when expected and cleaned up after themselves everyday (very important to us as we have 2 small children). They did a tremendous amount of demo removing the old patio cover and concrete deck all in the matter of a couple of days. Throughout the building and installation of the pavers they were efficient and end result of my project was better than expected, we even added an outdoor wet-bar with granite counter top that was not in the original plan.
